Recently honored with UNESCO World Heritage Site status, the Dolomites are literally one of Europe’s best-kept secrets and hands-down one of the world’s best walking and hiking areas.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Gary Scott is an author, a photographer and an adventure travel and walking guide who since 1983 has led over 1,000 people on adventure travel trips around the world, including 40 treks to Nepal and over 70+ tours in the Dolomites. A member of two successful Mt. Everest expeditions, Gary also set a world-record in 1986 for the first one-day ascent of Denali, the highest mountain in North America, climbing it solo in an amazing 18½ hours from the landing strip to the summit.
